"I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this State Farm agency. From the beginning, I encountered nothing but issues. I was assigned this office by State Farm when I joined. The staff consistently ignored my concerns and questions, making me feel like my business wasn't valued at all. Even worse, I was repeatedly misled with false information, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. It's disheartening to trust a company with your insurance needs only to be met with such unprofessionalism, specifically from Claire the “office manager” and Alejandro. Claire spoke to me poorly on several occasions and she also doubted who was speaking to her on the phone. Find another agency, I promise this review is not in spite of anyone. It’s about the service I received. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and honest service."

"I was a customer for over 10 years. State Farm screwed me over because I put in 2 claims in 3 years. This agency never called me to say there was a problem. My home owners insurance was canceled without my knowledge . I didnt open up an envelope with cancelation notice because it looked like a bill. Customer service is not their bag. Things were a mess.
