"We’ve been State Farm customers for many years but as of late it’s been very disappointing with concerns over price increases and not having a call back after speaking to a rep. I wrote an email to Mr Patterson last week after being told someone will look into why my policy for the car ins. It has been so inconsistent. Being told it’s inflationary does not warrant the jump in my monthly bill as such when my one car with so little mileage on it and it being 6 yrs old to go up as it has. I understand how prices are up on everything but I don’t understand is nobody returned my call or email. This is not acceptable and I will be looking into other insurance companies ."

"I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this State Farm agency. From the beginning, I encountered nothing but issues. I was assigned this office by State Farm when I joined. The staff consistently ignored my concerns and questions, making me feel like my business wasn't valued at all. Even worse, I was repeatedly misled with false information, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. It's disheartening to trust a company with your insurance needs only to be met with such unprofessionalism, specifically from Claire the “office manager” and Alejandro. Claire spoke to me poorly on several occasions and she also doubted who was speaking to her on the phone. Find another agency, I promise this review is not in spite of anyone. It’s about the service I received. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and honest service."

"I am not an adventurous person. I am about as conservative and boring as they come. When it came time to buy a new car, I was just as surprised as anyone when I found my new car on the Carvana website. Not exactly a traditional car-buying experience! G. John Kirsch at State Farm made the entire insurance process an easy one. So easy that I had to call again today just to make sure that everything was indeed in place. And it was! I am pleased with how John explained the process and had me in my new car the day I picked it up. It's rare when life's bigger moments can actually be enjoyed more than dreaded. "Stay away! one of the worst offices i have ever experienced , the office manager Claire is out of her mind in the way she talks to people and everyone else is absolutely not able to communicate things in a clear manner. I have filed a complaint against them. I would not recommend"
